I started my career as a lawyer in Spain in 2006, working for prestigious international law firms in Barcelona.
Since then, I have been assisting international companies and investors in the implementation of their legal and commercial strategies in Spain, as well as private individuals in their relations with companies (employment law, consumer law, debt claims, etc.).
I have more than 15 years of experience in drafting, analysing and negotiating all types of commercial contracts such as distribution contracts, commercial agency, franchising, provision of services, transport, commissions, purchase-sale, licence, commercial lease, general conditions of sale, confidentiality, etc.
I am also a lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Barcelona since 2009.
I have been a member of the Barcelona Bar and the Saint-Etienne Bar since 2006. I am fluent in Spanish, French and English, which allows me to work on a wide range of international transactions.
With more than 15 years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts and settlement agreements, I can take care of the amicable resolution of the dispute in order to avoid the opening of possible legal proceedings.
If an amicable resolution of the dispute is not possible, the firm will accompany the client throughout the judicial resolution of the dispute, with a view to defending the client’s commercial interests as best as possible.
I have been practising real estate law in Spain for over 10 years and I assist investors with all the formalities involved in buying a property in Spain.
The support offered to the buyer is a turnkey formula which allows him to secure the purchase of the property, to protect his interests and to free himself from all the formalities linked to the purchase of the property.
I assist mostly employers in Spain in the field of Labour Law and in particular in the following areas: appearances before the social court; conciliations; dismissals, suspension of contracts and reduction of working hours; preparation of legal documents (legal applications, appeals, letters of dismissal, employment contracts, etc.); mobility of workers between France and Spain.
I am a French citizen and I have been living in Spain since 1999. I studied law in Spain and have been a lawyer at the Barcelona Bar since 2006.
I am fully bilingual in French and Spanish as I have been living in Spain for more than 20 years and have been practising as a lawyer for more than 15 years.
I also have a master’s degree in Legal Translation (fr-es).
