Labour Law – Social Security and Social Protection Law

After nearly 15 years of experience in companies, Maître BURLAT has become a “legal advisor”. For more than 20 years, she has been assisting companies and their managers with their problems relating to labour law, social security and social protection law and human resources.

It offers a role of alert and prevention of litigation in the field of labour law, social security and social protection.

She works in the core areas of the Employment Law Unit and more particularly on issues related to company restructuring, collective or individual negotiations, alternative dispute resolution (mediation …. ) and also on transnational issues and support for foreign companies facing employment law issues within their subsidiaries located in France.

Her academic and professional career has taken her to the UK and German speaking countries. Her experience has enabled her to develop partnerships with foreign law firms.

She has participated in Gemme (European Group of Magistrates for Mediation) events and colloquia since its creation.

She also gives seminars on labour law at the Jean Monnet University in Saint Etienne and on mediation at the Savoie Mont Blanc University in Chambéry.
